Vegan Canteen is a vegan organic deli located in Val-David, Quebec.
We create small batch vegan cheese and meat alternatives from scratch. Our aged and smoked cheeses are vegan, delicious, and have unique flavours. Our vegan meat alternatives are marginated and then smoked on real wood chips in a real smoker. We like to think of our vegan food as worthy of the finest cheese boards. By using locally-sourced ingredients when possible, by supporting small business, we strive to make our food as healthy, as fresh and as free from preservatives as possible.
All you can eat vegan and organic sugar shack opens February 23rd 2019. Tickets for the sugar shack must be purchased online.
Our vegan cheese shop and deli storefront will open in Val-David, Quebec, in March of 2019.
Vegan Canteen is operated by Sophia Banks. Sophia has worked as a chef for 20 years and is passionate about sustainable food as well as creating high-quality, local, organic, vegan food.
