Same recipe as our vegan steak. But made to the perfect burger size. This is a tender juicy burger.
110 grams per patty, two burgers per package.
Ingredients: vital wheat gluten, shiitake mushroom, porcini mushroom, tamari, red miso, veg stock (carrot, onion, celery, turnip, bay leaves), balsamic vinegar, savoury, thyme, oregano, garlic, peppercorns, nutritional yeast, pink salt, red wine, mirin, worcestershire sauce (apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, onion, orange, lemon, bay leaves, all spice, clove, nori, tamarind, dijon mustard, liquid smoke, brown sugar).
