Organic Stuffed Hickory Smoked Turkey Roast
A perfect holiday roast with a savoury stuffing. Hickory smoked with real wood, stuffed with savoury sage, wholewheat bread, fried onions and our house made vegan sausage
Reheating instructions: The turkey is pre-cooked and simply require reheating. We reheating the vegan turkey by wrapping it in parchment paper and aluminum foil and placing the loaf in the oven at 325F. For about 15 minutes. If frozen then thaw the evening before.
For a moister vegan turkey roast we suggest simmering the loaf in veg stock for about 10, then remove from the stock, apply a light coat of oil, heat uncovered at 325 for about 10 minutes.
