Saag Panner and 'Butter Chicken'
A delicious bowl or both vegan saag 'paneer' and 'butter chicken' curry. Made with a rich curry, simmered with tomatoes, garam masala, coconut milk and cashew cream. Served with brown rice and a side of fermented cashew raita.
Small: 200 grams of butter chicken, 200 grams of panner, 150 grams of rice
Large: 300 grams of butter chicken, 300 grams of panner, 200 grams of rice
Ingredients: brown rice, brown rice, onion, carrot, spinach, tofu, tomatoes, chickpeas, coconut milk, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, nutritional yeast, cayenne, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, paprika, coriander, cilantro, salt pepper, seitan (vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, cumin, garam masala, sunflower oil, tamari), raita (cashew, quinoa rejuvelac, cucumber, chilli powder) coconut oil.
