Cured for 3 days and then slow cooked and smoked in a charcoal smoker with maple wood and apple wood.
Similar to the Montreal style smoked meat we offer but a tad sweeter with the caramelized brown sugar.
Will keep in the freezer for 6 months.
Reheat from thawed in the oven at 350F (covered), or keep it old school and steam to reheat.
