Pad Thai with Tofu (GF)
Our take on the classic Pad Thai, made with a tamarind and date based sauce, with marinated and baked tofu, and a vegan fish sauce made with seaweed.

Ingredients: rice noodles, onion, carrot, peppers, mushrooms, cabbage, bok choy, tofu, green onion, cilantro, tomato, tamarind paste, date paste, tamari, miso, umeboshi plum vinegar, mirin, nori, fermented tofu paste, ginger, garlic, nutritional yeast, fennel, star anise, cinnamon, clove, pepper, lime juice, white miso, chilli pepper flakes, cashew, sesame oil, sunflower oil.
