A vegan take on the classic Montreal style Smoked meat. Little bit sweet, little bit tender.
Now available in two sizes. The small is perfect for a one person meal.
For reheating we suggest wrapping the roast in foil and parchment paper and reheating at 325 for about 5-10 minutes. Making sure to flip the roast half way. Or you can do it the classic way and slice and steam your roast for maximum tenderness.
